More DUI cases dismissed over refusal of manufacturer to release source code


A city court judge has suppressed the breath results in approximately 70 additional cases based on the refusal of Intoxylizer 8000 manufacturer CMI to release the source code for the machines. Not only has CMI failed to release the information, President Toby Hall has disregarded a court order requiring him to personally appear. A new hearing has been set for December 5th. DUI defense attorneys have challenged the accuracy and reliability of these machines.
